Residents:

All Louisiana resident individuals who are required to file a federal income tax return must file a return reporting all income earned in 2003.

Nonresidents:

If you have received income from Louisiana sources and are required to file a federal income tax return, then you must file a Louisiana tax return.

Nonresidents:

Form IT-540B Louisiana Individual Income Tax Return

WHEN (are the tax returns due)

Original due date: May 17th

Extended due date: October 15th
