Residents:

Single or Legally Separated:  Must file if your gross income is greater than $2,540.

Head of Household:  Must file if your gross income is greater than $2,690.

Married Filing Separately:  Must file if your gross income is greater than $1,990.

Married Filing Joint:  Must file if your gross income is greater than $3,980.

Nonresidents:

If you received income from Hawaii sources, you must file an individual Income Tax Return.

Residents:

Forms N-11, N-12 or N-13 Hawaii Individual Income Tax Return

Nonresidents:

Form N-15 NR/PY Hawaii Individual Income Tax Return

WHEN (are the tax returns due)

Original due date: April 20th
